From London: Take the 401 east to the 403 east. Exit at Garden Ave. Turn right from the off ramp and proceed two sets of lights to the Hwy 2&53 turn. Turn left at those lights and proceed east on the 2&53. Turn right onto Langford Church Rd. Proceed about 1km and the zoo entrance will be on the left hand side.

From Toronto: Take the QEW west to the 403 west. Exit at the Wilson St exit in Ancaster. Turn left from the off ramp Wilson Street becomes the Hwy 2&53. Proceed west on 2&53 turn left onto Langford Church Rd. Proceed about 1km and the zoo entrance will be on the left hand side.
